simple compact rooms. it is centrally located, close to many iconic places. there are many restaurants on the ground floor, a convenience store right next door, a big public swimming pool next door and a money changer with a good rate. on the first two days we had towels with a lot of stains. the rest of the week the towels smelt nice and had minimal stains. remember to put towels you want to change on the bed. if you hang them up, they will not be changed. the staff are friendly, patient, helpful and approachable. they helped to answer a lot of our queries. the room is cozy and had 4 pillows. we asked for an additional chair and housekeeping brought it to us promptly. we like the water dispenser at the corridor, reducing single use plastics. there is a shampoo and body wash dispenser which also reduces plastic bottle usage.

Staff is amazingly friendly and helpful, location is superb, rooms are clean and comfortable and the best thing : Olympic size public pool in the back where you can do proper laps or just watch people beeing active. Many coffe shops and restaurants downstairs and around the neighbourhood. Everything you need and a safe place for solo female travellers. Highly recommended.

Its cheap, obviously, but you got everything you need for the basic needs from this hotel. They don't provide toothbrush and toothpaste but you can buy it from a convenient store near the hotel entrance. You can also find many restaurants around the area. The only downside is about the car parking, it's really small.

Really love with their warm welcome especially the services from Mr. Yuda he is so kind and helpful for choosing us their best room and prices. And big thank you to Ms. Febry who handle us with fast check in process. They also give us the best room with very well maintenance, so much more cozier than the last room we stayed here. Definitely will come back

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
