Booked here for some relatives, was very surprised by the brightness of the breakfast room and lounge area, which was really nice. The bedrooms are quite spacious, and have a great view of the runway! Excellent value for money. Stuff extremely friendly and very helpful. Nancy at breakfast was very kind and went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect for us. Definitely the best ibis hotel I’ve ever visited!

Loads of negative feedback on here, so I wasn't expecting much for £37 for 3 of us to stay over night before catching a flight. However, the reception staff were welcoming and friendly. When we got to the room, we found that there was no TV remote, within 5mins my wife returned from reception with a remote. There were only two cups even the booking was for 3, but reception provided us with a cup and spare coffee, tea and milk. The rooms were clean, yes there's a small window, but at the end of the day we've paid for an Ibis budget room, we weren't expecting bay windows and balcony ha ha. Room, bathroom and sheets were clean. Overnight parking, I did panic when looking down from Google maps as it looks like limited parking. We were due to arrive at 20:30, and was worried about having to find a space. There was parking under the hotel, so there were loads of spaces when we arrived. Take the negative reviews with a pinch of salt, think they are hoping for some refunds or have some VERY high expectations for a budget hotel which has 'budget' in its name. It's fine if you need to get your head down before an early flight.

Cheap, clean place to stay for easy access to Heathrow by bus. Staff were lovely. Lost a star as couldn't open the window at all, heating controls couldn't be switched to cooling (room was a furnace when we got there), also some of the USB charging ports were broken (but there were others).

Great hotel, especially for the price. Make sure to sign up for the breakfast buffet as it's fantastic. I got the lowest tier room and it was more than spacious enough. Some of the front desk staff could be a little more attentive, though as I was told to go to the front desk to collect different room items and then when I arrived both times was told they didn't have them. Other than that, loved my stay. Will return for sure.

Rooms and bathrooms were good. Elevators were small and often crowded. We encountered several issues with keys not working. Location is a bit far from the airport but on the positive side, there were a few 'desi' shops and restaurants to offer better tasting food. Service has significant potential for improvement.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
