The room is disgusting. Like a dingy hospital. Hallways are filthy and haven't been vacuumed for months. Staff is rude and unhelpful. I was told they would put sealed unopened cheese in a fridge for me for 2 nights, when I arrived the idiot behind the desk said he would get fired if he did that. FIRED FOR HELPING A CUSTOMER AFTER BEING TOLD IT WAS A SERVICE THEY WOULD PROVIDE!!!! Do not stay here. When booking online they falsify their amenities by saying the parking is included - it is not. This is not a good place to stay. You can get actual service staying somewhere else.

Basic room for a reasonable price. The front desk lady named "Selvia" was very welcoming and Friendly Too, and the hotel itself is well located next to a tube and bus stations. consider to add some more basic needs at the hotel room like water kettle and brush & paste, shampoo..etc.

This place was exactly what we were expecting. The rooms were clean, the staff were friendly and the bed’s comfortable after a long flight. The rooms were even serviced while we were out exploring London which was not expected. Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay outside of the city of London with easy accessibility to London.

Basic, you pay for what you get. I think the room had just been painted as it smelled that way. Needed a bit of a clean around the bed area as a sticky substance on the frame. Strange layout with sink being in the room, but all in all, it did the job. We were overlooking the main road, and it was loud. Staff were lovely, £11 for 24-hour parking as staying. 5 minutes walk to the tube, 20 minutes into London.

Reasonable room for a reasonable price. The front desk lady named Selvia was very welcoming, and the hotel itself is well located next to a tube and bus stations. There’s a Tesco just round corner and a shopping centre a few meters away ! Rooms could do with a makeover, cleanliness also, but nothing too bad. The shower head wasn’t detachable so me and my aunt struggled to wash. 4/10

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
