To be a Low budget hotel the rooms are small but cozy and warm, the bed is big and comfortable. The staff was very kind, they helped me with my request with a big smile. The hotel is 3 minutes away from a bus stop or 10/15 minutes on foot from Luzern central station.

Good hotel for the price, shower is actually very nice, one of the best hotel showers I've ever had, very high pressure, lots of heat. Rooms are small but enough space. Not ideal for anyone looking to actively use the room, but a great place a rest and recover before heading out to explore again.

It's a budget hotel so you can expect the facilities to match the price. Much cheaper than most of Luzern and pretty handy for those arriving by train. Room was clean and basic, minimal amenities as expected. We were happy to stay here as it was half the price of everywhere else with a perfectly OK bed and friendly staff. It'll never be the best, but it is solid value.

Avoid this hotel if you can!!!. That would be my advice to all, based on my 2 night stay in this hotel. I understand that may things “drawbacks” are tied to the “ibis Budget” brand and there is not much that the hotel can do, but still there are ways in which even budget hotels can make a lasting impression in our heart. Only good thing about the hotel as I felt was the location, central and walkable from the train station in Luzern and upon check in we were also provided with City bus tickets which we could use during the stay. The rooms are small and resembles a hostel room which we could expect from a budget hotel chain. The toilets are also very cramped and only very basic facilities provided. Staff and customer service is very limited in the hotel and so is the parking. Although I had booked the room assuming availability of a parking place, I could not get a spot and ended up only parking on the road (as recommended by the front desk staff) and it was something I would never recommend anyone else to do after what happened to me after I parked on the road. Breakfast is basic and mostly the cold stuff. I was very let down by the “price vs performance” and the service given for the price is certainly very much under par. The hotel does not participate in the “Accor All” loyalty program as well. Apart from the location, I found nothing positive about this hotel. There were many other places that we could have gone and now we regret that we had not selected an alternative.

As others mentioned already, it’s a low budget hotel. Keeping that in mind, had a very comfortable stay. Very nice clean rooms and relatively new property compared to majority of the hotels in this area they will be very old infrastructure etc. Approx 13 minutes walk from main Luzern train station. You can also take the bus (bus numbers 4, 6, 7 or 8) from Luzern train station to a bus stop very closeby to this hotel. Bus ride is approximately 5-7 minutes. Staff is very professional and courteous as well. A early checkin (around 10:30am) was also accommodated with a smile. Keep up the good work hotel staff!!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
