The experience was good but in general the hotel is very old. The corridor are very dirty and also the room needs a refresh. Toilet not very easy to use. The remote control of the television did not work. In the morning they stopped the lift for doing some work but it was stopped also when nobody was there.

Well this is a small city budget hotel, walking distance from the port, there is a mini market open until very late on the street opposite, service is basic and but the staff was nice. The room was very small for 2 person strong smell of cigarettes coming from outside hotel reception as my room was just above. For the price and location and a couple of nights this will be good but not more then 2 nights as you will end up crazy. Budget city hotel nothing else

I have reserved for four nights. I came on the first night, I asked whether I can pay at the end of the stay, response : NO. So far still ok, even though my credit card is given as insurance on the website. I had a problem with direct payment that day. I went out to look for a bancomat, but I only could withdraw 200 euros (daily limit). I came back and said "I only could get 200 so I will pay for the first night". the lady told me ok, no problem. She had some trouble doing this on the computer then accepted the payment and told me after all this : but since you pay only for one night, tomorrow you must free the room at 12:00. So I decided to pay also for the second night so that they do not kick me out. Next day, no hot water before going to work. At night, we paid for the rest, ended up with three distinct bills, asked if I could get a joint bill for the four nights, answer is : NO, you cannot. For an IBIS budget, I would say the service was BUDGET, but the price was certainly not BUDGET. Never ever again.

Your hotel is the most basic I have ever stayed in. At the same time it's one of the most expensive! Whilst i know you are Budget chain your hotel didn't have a hand towel in the bathroom, didn't have a dustbin in the room. Two very basic and elementary items. My biggest complaint is about the air-conditioning which didn't work and when I complained I got a fan to blow the hot air around because you couldn't or wouldn't call out an air-conditioning technician! Your breakfast was very disappointing with very low options and those that were available were cold. I am a significant business traveller but this experience has put paid to any idea I may have had about using your chain again!

We chose ibis because of a previous exprience in Amsterdam and Vienna. It was great. With only one night we wanted to be able to walk around the Old Port, take the Petit Train and enjoy the many restaurants. The staff at the ibis were very helpful and the buffet breakfast was excellent.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
