The room was cute, a comfortable size for a family of four. There was a bunk bed, which was fun for the kids, and a single bed next to the queen size bed. The bathroom was tiny but had a shower. The location wasn't great, requiring a cab to get to any popular locations. The room service was adequate, and the cleaners made up the room whenever we were out. The breakfast spread was miniscule. Overall, there were about five food options and a drink machine - no variation on weekends.

Perfect for the price you pay, great for the 1 night that we needed. Chose to stay here after getting in late on the Eurostar. It's only a few stops away but make sure to buy a RER ticket rather than metro one if you are going to Pantin station. 5 minute walk from the Pantin RER station or 10 minutes walk from Hoche metro station. There's also a McDonalds near the Hoche station that's open late. With 2 toddlers we walked down to La Villette and checked out a couple playgrounds before taking the metro into the centre. We were able to check out and leave our bags in the storeroom then come back and get them before continuing onto Disneyland that evening.

Worst hotel ever I hawe in my life no car park so I pay 15£ to get a car park drive around yard around30min ant threre is no space second lift dont work so must get to the 4 floor with 2 kids and all staff and the last bit heater in room dont work so wake up like in forest like outside -2 in room maybe 10 and my kids get frozen

Taking into account the hotel is rated as 2 star I found it very good. Rooms were basic but modern, clean and safe. Good hot shower which 4 star hotels sometimes struggle with. Decor was basic and furnishings were basic, but if you need a basic room for a decent price this hotel was pretty good. Staff friendly and although no restaurant there are vending machines in reception with drinks hot and cold plus snacks. Bakery and restaurants are nearby.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
