Ibis budget was perfect for our first stop into Chile. Felt safe walking in the area. Plenty of food options close to the area and across the road. Rooms were small but everything we needed and clean. The staff were friendly with enough english to communicate with us. Breakfast was a bit simple. Would have been good if they had eggs as an option

Good hotel, clean and comfortable. Really liked the breakfast. Nice to have downstairs space to sit around in too. Good safe location. Cafes and restaurants nearby. Airport transfers worked a dream. Free filtered water refills.

The place is great, located near the subway and many commercial stores. Equipment is great, the bed is very comfortable and the path between the elevator and rooms has a very soft fragance. The reception hall also has a very nice design and the staff were very polite and helpful. The only downsides are a bit of noise from the night bars and the lack of toilet paper in the bathroom

Perfect location, room was quiet and modern. However, no hair dryer was provided , and the room was tiny. Reception had been fairly slow. (Stayed for two nights)

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
