Quite near with the MRT station, although not that near. The room is pretty clean. The bathroom has water bidet! it's a plus! They also provides potable tap water, which is awesome. At first I thought the room was small, but apparently it's more spacious than avg Singapore standard (in its type and class). The window is not that soundproof, so if you get a room close to street, you'll be able to hear those sounds from vehicles and other activities. I got a breakfast in Munch Kitchen, which located next to the hotel. The service was nice with pleasant food.

Just stopped in for a night. Clean establishment and felt very safe and secure. Breakfast next door was included with coffee and juice. Wasn't able to explore the area but always next time. I wouldn't say it's close to the airport, was a $50. Charge.

Recommended hotel in Singapore. Easy to find. Strategic location for food and transportation. Sorrounded with restaurant and hawker center also nearby. Easy to access by bus, MRT, and car (grab/taxi). The room is spacious, clean, AC and heater provided. Breakfast is provided in restaurant next door.

Pros: Clean room, hot water available 24 hrs, restaurant lady is helpful. Quiet location. Indian restaurants nearby.Easy to reach attractions. Cons: AC takes a min or 2 to completely on. It is still ok. Bus number - 62/63/100 connects to Aljunied MRT. bus stop is on right side of hotel with 2 mins walk Bus number - 100 connects to Vivo City Mall, Merlion, Marina bay sands. bus stop is opp to masjid which is on next parallel road. You can get shuttle for $1 SGD to Sentosa/Universal studios from Vivo City Mall bus stop. From airport - take metro to Aljunied MRT and take cab to hotel or bus number 100 which stops opp to masjid. Many Indian restaurants near by. Always buy water from Hao Mart nearby. It is cheap. Buy packaged coconut water from any shops to avoid dehydration. Don't go for cokes. Google maps help a lot for bus number, MRT and routes. Overall good stay 👍 #ibis #ibisbudgetgold #singapore #tour

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
