The interior design style was lovely. A very good smell could be felt in public spaces. Breakfast was good but repetitive. The rooms were very very small and there was no feeling of comfort. There was an unpleasant smell in the room.

We had a wonderful stay at the ibis budget hotel in Tbilisi for six nights. The hotel was very clean and had a pleasant aroma. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist us with anything we needed. The location was perfect, as we could easily access the metro station in five minutes, and walk to the Liberty Square in 30 minutes. The hotel also offered a delicious breakfast and free Wi-Fi. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable accommodation in Tbilisi.

It served my stay in Tbilisi very well. The staff is friendly and nice♥️♥️. The location is perfect. The room is a bit small but I was alone so not a problem, good for couples and solo travelers. Everything is clean and brand new. Only thing I noticed is that it had more family than singles/couples or recently married but it is fine as long as you stick to yourself or your partner. Again the staff makes you feel like you are back your home safe and sound♥️ which is great for us solo-travelers.

It was a great experience staying in Ibis budget! (August 2023). Calm & cozy! Although rooms are too small, but it’s all perfect comparing to the cost! The location is good enough to go for sightseeing on walk. Staff are very nice, helpful and friendly!

Gigi and Dachi were very helpful and friendly! The hotel was perfect for a small trip as a solo traveler. Would stay here again. Many bars and restaurants nearby. Its within walking distance of things you'll want to see.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
