I feel like many of the negative reviews are from people who had unrealistic expectations and booked the wrong kind of hotel. This is not a resort. This is not a luxury hotel. This is not high-end. It's a simple room in an excellent location. The train station is about a 7 minute walk, and there are dozens of restaurants and bars within a 10 minute walk. And even though it's located in the middle of everything, the soundproofing in the rooms is sufficient that it was very quiet at night. The room has intelligently arranged storage, and the bed is comfortable. Bathroom is just large enough. Yet everything is clean, and the front desk is always happy to help you. You can happily pay 4x the price or more for a posh hotel on the Croisette, and that's your choice, but your ibis is perfectly fine if you're planning to actually leave your room and explore the town

I do not recommend this hotel. I try to keep my review as short as possible. Unfortunately you can't rest as there are thin walls and you can hear everything from the hallway or from the neighbours. The door to the inside toilet was 2 inches too short and when sitting on the toilet my foot would stick out into the bedroom. Breakfast was good, but considering there was rust on the main fridge it sucks. It was as clean inside, but it could have been better... We stayed in room 404. Do not recommend!

After driving all day we arrived to Cannes in the evening, had really hard time finding parking in the area, finally got to the hotel just to find out that pets are not allowed though it’s indicated otherwise on internet. The receptionist gave us an option to pay 50€ pet fee, since us and our dog were tired decided to pay and stay for the night. Our room on the 2nd floor was very small, which would not be big deal but it also did not have any ventilation, the thermostat was set to off position and even fan only option was not available. After suffocating night, panting dog and sweaty us ran away from the place early morning. I am giving two stars because of the receptionist, she was nice and seemed to be sorry for us too. April 25 edit to my original review after receiving response from the owner: Deflecting input from guests will not help to make any improvements to ibis Cannes Center, hot small room where one can't even turn on the fan could potentially become health safety issue for someone with underlining conditions. Changing rating to one star just to let others know that I highly recommend to avoid stay at this hotel.

Rooms are small and have a bad smell inside. In the bathroom there is no space for nothing. Not working lift the last day and the reception neither excuse for that.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
