The staff is very nice and helpful. The room's are very clean Could have a bit better experience if they could speak English, but even though they don't they try to help you out! Definitely recommend:)

Stayed for 6 nights room was small, shower was great and location is also perfect. Problem was that the cleaners came in our room 4 times at around 5pm whilst we were having a siesta and still having the dont disturb sign on the handle to clean, yet we would see her cleaning other rooms around us earlier. So we hadn't had our roomed serviced each of those times. Also paid the front desk in cash for our stay and they don't hold change so they had kept my change and only told me after I gave them the money. Breakfast was simple.

Well located, there are several restaurants, markets and magazines nearby. Also, and most importantly, it is close to the Copacabana beach. The room was always clean, although the bed sheets and towels are not of good quality. The breakfast is very good. I would only ask for a greater fruit diversity: there is only melon and papaya and fresh orange juice. Overall, was a very nice experience.

The pros about this place is nearly unlimited. The location is perfectly situated. The breakfast variety and quality is very good. Always a security guard inside the hotel lobby. Rooms are small but suited our needs well. Loved the shower! The receptionists spoke in English with us which was pleasant. The only bad thing, which is similar in most hotels, is that the wifi was horrible and hardly connected in the room. Inconvenient when trying to plan your trip. All in all, highly recommend.

Customer service was good and check in and out was smooth. No currency exchange available. The corridors smelt bad, smelt like a retirement home in unkempt conditions. The room was very basic indeed and very ugly.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
