        Typical soulless, functional no frills hotel. Room was good but cold. The heating system didn't seem to work and I had to use the electric radiator supplied. Bathroom pod was good with a reasonable shower. Plenty of parking but it costs £6 a night which you can discover in advance if you look really hard. Personally I think it's a well hidden charge.

        Rooms were comfortable, had the best sleep I've had in a long time. Staff were always very pleasant and attentive. Location isn't bad even for someone with mobility issues like myself. An uber is only £5 right into the centre and there's also a bus stop right outside too.

        The rooms are broadly acceptable, despite the lack of hooks on which to hang clothes and towels, and the poorly designed, extremely malodorous bathroom 'pods'. Having to pay for parking separately is also not ideal. However, staff appeared to be friendly and helpful, and while very basic, the food on offer was quite satisfactory. A three-star hotel.

        When I got into the room I discovered that the heating was broken. I went to reception and informed the lady on the desk. She vaguely acknowledged me and said someone would come to take a look. No one did. But they obviously knew the heating was broken because tucked away in the corner of the room I later found a small electric radiator with one wheel missing (you really couldn't make this up, it looked so miserable that I took a photo of it). To my delight it switched on and I thought that I would avoid freezing to death under the wafer thin duvet. Then to my dismay it transpired that the heater itself was defective. It switched itself off after 10 minutes of operation with a dogged efficiency that put the rest of the hotel to shame. To distract me from the numbness in my feet I had the constant hubbub of the bar outside for company, I could practically follow all of the conversations of its patrons. Finally once the bar shut I managed to sleep. Then at 6am I was awakened by vacuuming in the hallway outside my room. Thankfully I had only booked one night.

        Booked for 30 people to stay at hotel and eat dinner and breakfast there. Service was excellent. Pre ordered dinner due to large group. They were very flexible as one person did not arrive until after we had all eaten. Menu not extensive but something for everyone snd tasty and good value. Lady delivering food was amazing.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
