The staff was very nice and helpful. The bed was so comfortable and the room very quiet. We didnt hear the neighbors nor the train outdide (windows closed). Yes, at the morning there were some noices of the floor, but I think this is normal at hotels. On the first day there was missing one towel but the next day the cleaning staff put one more in the room. The room seemed clean and was big enough to open the baggage. The toilet paper holder was broken but this didnt affect us a lot. Maybe one more toilet paper roll a day would be nice. There are some supermarkets and restaurants close by. Getting into the city center is very easy.

Nice hotel at a strategic location for public transport. Being close to the M8 metro is a key advantage of this hotel. The tram is also stopping right in front. The downside is that if you have a room facing the street and you like to sleep with windows open, this is a constraint. Windows closed, it's quiet. Beds are comfortable, bathroom small, but in good shape. I'll come back next time I'm in the area. There are plenty of restaurants, bakeries, etc. around the hotel, so everyone should find something that suits their needs.

Outrageous rate for a really small room and shower room. I don’t know how they obtained the 3 star hotel category. Breakfast minimalist. Reception staff almost unfriendly. The lady at the breakfast very nice and friendly. Absolute no go for me.

It's close to a metro and somewhat farther from the center, price is great. Did not have a vault for valuables, should add that. Help was good, rooms were a bit noisy but bed and bathroom were great!

Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Location wise v good nearest metro is a 2 min walk. Goes to central Paris in about 15-20 minutes. The rooms have a fan but no A/C. On a hot day this can be a slight problem. Otherwise v clean.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
