Rooms are good enough for a night. If you need to sleep over to catch your flight from the airport. Rooms are small but clean and a decent bed. The pillows are not the best. The service is okay, but it's not going the extra mile. Location wise, it's a 20-minute walk from the airport or train station, and they don't provide a shuttle service. A taxi will cost you around 15 to 20 euros. Diner is served in the novotel hotel next door. There is nothing in the neighborhood for entertainment. It really is a sleep here for a night and head to the airport hotel.

A few minutes from the airport (you can't walk) with free parking. Basic hotel, quite new. Nice beds, good bathroom and clean. The restaurant has a limited offer (only heats up pizza's) but the Novotel next door has a nice (basic) restaurant. When I visited the breakfast was served at the Novotel with a lot of choice. Not for a romantic weekend, but good value for monay for business stay or a pre flight stay.

The hotel is in immediante vicinity of Düsseldorf Airport end is suitable for travelers. The journey to the airport takes 5 min. by taxi. The staff is friendly, room was clean. The absence of noise Is noticeable( considering that the hotel is next to the airport). We had no place to weigh our lagagge. It Is the proposal for management. Practical end good for one nicht.

Stayed at the hotel for one night. At the arrival, the hotel parking was not accessible. When asked inside, a rather annoyed receptionist told us that it's full and she couldn't tell us where we could find a parking. We found a parking in another hotel's parking nearby. The room's sound isolation was poor. Everytime someone from neighbouring rooms opened their door, it sounded like my door was being opened. There was movement around my room till 3 or so in the night, so I couldn't really sleep well. The charging points are not standard on both sides of the bed. So it's not convenient.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
