The hotel wasn't quite as close to the train station as I thought, but the location was fine overall. There was no lower seal on the shower door so it leaked water all over the bathroom - when I went down to request towels to clean up the water, they were never delivered. My husband had to go back down to the desk and tell them that we would not be held responsible for any water damage before we got adequate toweling. No offer to move us to a different room was made - we weren't even offered a complimentary beverage for our troubles. For over 200 Euros a night, I don't think it's too much to ask for a working shower that doesn't make a huge mess. The check-in and -out lines were also very long each day.

4.5 rating Good Hotel, Good service, Great location. Enough options in breakfast. Only thing that i didn't liked is room size which is small(Designed for 1 person), but again you don't stay in room whole day & can be adjusted considering all other positive point it has

This hotel is an extremely good option for those going to stay in Frankfurt. Although there are a lot of options of hotels near the central station, the area for some people could be a little disappointing. But this hotel is conveniently away from that area (almost in front of the river) and within a walking distance of the station. Less than half a mile. In very good shape, great staff and excellent breakfast.

We always stay in the IBIS Centrum in Frankfurt. Its perfect for our stay, close to the centre, easy walking distance for dinner and the rooms are warm and comfortable this time of year. The front of house staff are excellent and always helpful. With off street parking it’s the perfect hotel for us.

Really enjoyed my stay, room was clean, simple modern design and comfortable. The pillows were especially good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I asked for a kettle and they provided milk and sugar too, so a really great service if you always travel with tea bags like me!

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
