2 stars hotel, however more like 3 stars i would say. Clean, good breakfast, large room, 24/7 bar with a free drink if you choose not to clean your room that day.

Frankfurt is going through a heatwave right now and few places in Germany even have air conditioning. Our room however DID! Yet our room was warm and never got below 80° no matter how far we adjusted it down! Aside from that, the room itself, our hotel staff and location were all top notch.

Receptionist was rude. Not friendly. There is only one lift which didn't work and we had to carry all our luggages to and from fourth floor for checkin and checkout.

It’s a regular place. Clean and functional. The breakfast is the highlight and the service is good. I would definitely recommend it. Good accommodation for the price.

The room was clean. In the bathroom you could hear everything from neighbour room's bathroom. The room card had to be updated every day by reception employees due to "some" malfunction. It is very important which employee is working at the reception - some are nice and helpful instead of the others.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
