I had a wonderful stay for 5 days at this hotel Rooms are.clean Bed.was perfect as i like hard bed.they do have facilities to make it soft Complimentary 2 bottles are received each day Complimentary breakfast is available on the 6th floor which has a lot of varieties. Hot water facility is available for 24 hrs. Express checkout is also available. It is well connected to Main road and easy to travel across hongkong be it metro,ferries or bus or taxi.

This place was literally great as any other 5-star hotels! Every single staff were super friendly, facilities were clean, interior was cute, nice housekeeping, delicious foods.. and all. These all comes with very bargain price! I can say this is the best option if you are looking for hotel in Hong Kong.

Jeremy Garcia on reception was brilliant. As an Accor member we got into the room 4 hours before check in time Fabulous room with harbour view. Also told we could check out late on our last day. We've stayed here before so knew location was brilliant. Room has everything you need,even got iron and ironing board to get the creases out of shirts. Really good value for money. Thanks Jeremy.

Typical ibis hotel. Clean, convenient. Very strategic. Famous dim sum restaurant, 7-eleven are less than 100m from hotel. Many restaurants and groceries stores nearby. Feeling hungry after 10pm? There is queen food center nearby. Around 300m walking to get to bus to airport (A11).

We enjoyed our stay here, it’s a great location for exploring Hong Kong. The room was on the smaller side but it was very clean and the staff brought up a mattress topper to make the bed softer — this was much appreciated! There’s a Starbucks on the ground floor which was convenient for coffee in the morning too.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
