Very well situated with easy access to food/drink and shopping with the shopping mall across the street, next to the ferry Pier. The rooms were small but they were updated; can't say the same about the bathrooms, which were covered in mould, and very musty. Ideal for stays of 2 nights or less and only for those who will spend all day out and about. Consider showering upon arrival in the free showers at HKIA and using the bathroom in the shopping mall instead - the bathroom in the room is a health hazard and should be avoided. Decent view available in some rooms. Friendly housekeeping

Our room had black mold on the walls… extremely poor ibis hotel. Service was okay and the only good thing about the hotel was that it was close to the metro. We booked it thinking it would be an okay hotel. Would recommend paying a tiny bit more and getting a decent hotel. This one was so nasty (room wise). The hotel looked like it came from old Chinese Communism. Save your money and don’t book

Overall stay was ok. Single bed was ok but toilet condition was aged. Reception was a bit unfriendly with cold demeanour. The receptionist should not be in hospitality industry. And i believe her supervisor was next to her, he was equally unbothered and didn’t bother to smile or greet guests.

My first room was dirty with small insects, so they gave me another room with a full sea view of the Kowloon Bay, otherwise it would have been a 1 star review. Good customer service from the lady at the reception desk. Both of my rooms were small in size and dated, you will struggle with 2 people in the room, but they both contain fridge, safe and wardrobe. The housekeeping staffs I encountered were friendly. The best thing about the hotel is its convenience, it's right opposite Harbour North shopping centre, 1 minute walk to North Point MTR A1 exit and a 7-11 nearby. There are 2 lifts but they are both quite slow and small. Its a good value stay if you are willing to compromise on size.
