        The hotel is well located, has all the required facilities, rooms are clean and well kept. Restaurant serves excellent food. Room service is not there so you have to carry your food to the room in case you choose to snack in the room which is perfectly fine. The bakery items are good as well. Pet friendly

        We paid an extra 700 baht to have an extra bed but no extra towel, no extra water bottle. Poor service IBIS if we have to ask for it. We arrived at 2pm, supposed to be able to check-in but rooms were not ready. We got them at 4pm. The room is nice and clean, good bed, good shower. A flatscreen tv from 10-12 years ago. Only charging point on 1 side of the beds.

        It was a good stay. The hotel overall is good, well-located, short drive from the crowded part of the main beach and the market. However, there are a lot of scopes to improve the service levels of this hotel, compared to other Ibis hotels in Thailand. Especially, the dining experience, including breakfast, needs to be seriously taken care of. There was no brewed coffee machine, only a ready-made coffee maker (that too went out of order). Eggs were given just as fried, most of the Ibis at least serve boiled eggs (this can be easily added to the spread), if not eggs made-to-order from live counter. There are pork items available, but no pork sausage or ham. The chicken sausages are of extremely low quality (the skins were like rubber). My wife only eats chicken and couldn’t have breakfast at the hotel on most of the days. The staff are not at all well-trained. We had dinner one day and the staff couldn’t serve as we wanted, though the quality of food was good. We wanted a glass of water, she gave the glasses, but no water and later came with a bottle stating that we only have to buy the bottle for THB 50, though we wanted tap water. Language is an issue in Thailand, but if you charge THB 50 for a bottle of water, the guests expect English speaking staff. The bar is good, but overpriced. A small bottle of beer costs THB 220 whereas any good restaurant charges less than half of its price. The restaurant opposite I think charges THB 90 for the same beer. Most importantly, THERE IS NO WEIGHING MACHINE in the hotel. We stayed at many Ibis hotels in Thailand and generally all hotels have it, so we were not carrying our handheld weighing machine to weigh our luggage. They had informed that that did not have one and later informed that the nearby 7-11 had one. We carried the luggage to 7-11 only to discover they had it neither. We had to carry to TOPS Daily far away to weigh it and that too after a lot of search. Thanks to Mrs. Ladda opposite who helped us enormously with the taxi. A small weighing machine doesn’t cost much and can easily be installed to avoid such hassle. Overall good stay, but the above, I think needs to be looked into.

        I was shocked that this is the first hotel under the Accor group that did not provide simple amenities such as toothbrush, razor kits to hotel guest. I double checked with the hotel staff and they confirmed no amenities provided to guests without reasons. If I had known it earlier, I wouldn't have stayed in this hotel at all.

        Room: quite clean. However, air condition is not good. It quite warm at night even i reduce temperature to even under 20c. Restroom is quite small and water pressure is very low. Also, no table for working on computer. For bed, quite hard but still ok for used. Service: quite ok. Nothing special. However, security (old man) very very polite. Food: breakfast, didnt have much choice and taste were soso. Location: ok Price: ok

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
