        Location is great, staff is friendly. Otherwise it was a bad experience. The hotel is rather gross. The carpet, the sink, the bathroom, the shower, the toilet, the curtains… everything seems gross. First and last time here. Thanks to the staff though, but due to the low hotel quality it wasn’t an enjoyable stay.

        A budget Ibis hotel that is within 5-10min walk from the Sarina shopping mall. The main entrance had a wide and steep staircase which is not visitor-friendly, especially if you have heavy luggage, or travel with elderly/disabled folks. The reception lobby is cool and offers self-service welcome drinks - a nice respite from Jakarta heat. But the corridors that lead to the hotel rooms are not air-conditioned and interconnected by a common staircase; it gets hot and stuffy at the higher floors. The room was equally uncomfortable upon first entry. The air-conditioning had to run at lowest setting for an hour to bring down the room's temperature down to an acceptable level. The room, bed, appliances (safe, fridge, and electric kettle) and the shower/toilet are clean and functional. Biggest bugbears are the hot shower which was at best, warm, and the shower head, which was fixed and weak in pressure. Sound proofing is generally acceptable to give a good nights sleep.

        We came all the way from Switzerland just to find out that our beds were dirty (hair, blood stains). The floor is not cleaned and so was the bathroom. Overall, we wouldn’t stay there again. If you’re a budget traveller then it is for you but I would suggest to go to another hotel with the same price because there are plenty out there in Jakarta that offers cleaner room than this one for sure. Ah and yes I also saw a cockroach in my room!!

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
