Very close to the airport (20 min. walk) and metro station (10 min. walk). Nice hotel, quality and services correspond to price. Modern and comfort bedroom, compact bathroom, new furniture. Very comfortable bed, air conditioning was working without problems, during the night it was quite and we had a good sleep there. Very very nice staff (special thanks to lady from room service who took care of our comfort in room + everything was always fresh, clean and smelled nice). Very good breakfast - we were just missing vegetables and a GOOD coffee. If these two things were available, the rating would be 10 of 10. Thank you.

I've stayed in good Ibis and not so good ones, this one is definitely in the good category. Warm welcome on arrival, OK I'd checked in online but confirmed my room request and I was quickly in my room. Food - breakfast could maybe do with some hot options but what they do serve is all very good. I eat dinner on one evening, the menu isn't extensive but on my experience of the veggie pizza, worth it! All the staff were friendly and helpful, sometimes you don't feel a genuine vibe, these folk care about the hotel and their guests!

I booked a one night here as it's close to the airport for my flight home. It's a five minute taxi ride to the airport. The room is clean, fresh linen, two single beds, and own bathroom. I wish the staff were friendly and welcoming and a bit more engaging when I asked for transport to the airport and restaurants in the area.

Stayed one night to get be near to Madrid Airport for flight following morning. Rooms were clean and tidy, breakfast was good.We could leave the car at the hotel while we were away €9 a day. Staff were welcoming and helpful.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
