        I stayed for 9 nights over the New Year holidays. The room was cleaned daily and on time. Breakfast is typical of the ibis brand. Please note: if you don't come for breakfast before 8:30 there will likely be no seats and you will have to wait. I didn't like the coffee. The bed was comfortable. The room was quiet. The reception staff was very overworkedand and this does not allow them to perform their duties adequately. For the last two nights I had no heating in the room due to a technical problem. I had to ask several times for repairs because they didn't want to believe me that the heating wasn't working. Finally the technician came but could not fix the problem. Thank God it wasn't too cold outside. Overall, I am left with a pleasant impression of the hotel and for the price I paid it was a good option.

        I am an Accor Gold member and this was the worst check in experience in 5 years of loyalty with them. First of all, Laura the check in staff was arrogant and I believe her personality is not fit for a front desk job. The next guys that I talked to in the evening were great but my impression about the hotel and Madrid had already been negative on my first encounter with her. As mentioned above, a Gold member treated with arrogance, I don't know how she will treat "ordinary" guests. Status members normally get free welcome drinks on the number of registered guests. Laura just gave me one instead of 5 as this is their hotel policy and that they (Ibis) are losing money over free drinks (lol). Rooms are small but clean, location is close to metro. I will not be coming back to this hotel and seriously considering my loyalty to Accor.

        We were placed in a smoking room upon arrival. There is no option to book a non-smoking room on the Accor website, and in 2023 I would have thought that the default would be non-smoking unless specified. It was honestly disgusting and the smell gave me a headache for over 24 hours. We were moved the next day to a non smoking room however the air conditioner didn't work. My partner had the breakfast one morning which he said was average and had a poor selection. Would not stay again when visiting Madrid.

        The room is nice, clean, spacious n warm , the toilet is pretty spacious too . It’s pretty close to the airport bout 10 or 15 minutes, they also have parking lots which is a big deal if you have a car with you. There is a small supermarket nearby n metro at couple minutes of walking, the room doesn’t have a fridge.

        Affordable but away from the city However metro is literally 2 min walk away and takes you to the center in 20 min.

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
