Our stay in the hotel has been good so far. Location is very convenient, breakfast has variable food. Special thanks for the cleaning team and Milan. He's a kind man I googled in some sources and saw that pool from the neighbour hotel is available. In fact it is not, even with a payment.

It was a great stay at Ibis Dubai Mall of the Emirates. I love the stay here and the best part was the housekeeping. Milan is really awesome and real hard working guy. I really appreciate his willing to work and understanding the customer needs. He is a guy with big heart. I recommend others to visit this property and meet Milan. He will make your stay comfortable and easy. Once again all the best wishes to Ibis and their team. Definitely recommend others to come and feel the comfort and ease. All the BEST!!!!

Ok first of all I'll admit I was tired and annoyed first day. I stayed in this hotel 3 days and the location in great, lots of restaurants nearby. Their restaurant and food were good, staff friendly, polite and happy to help plus it was a clean hotel. The rooms were shabby (bed was amazing and comfortable), there was no, soap, no iron and the power tripped thrice. Second and third time I reset the fuse board myself cos it was middle of the night. Hotel did a did with some taxi drivers who charged quite a lot, twice that of Uber. It is a 3* hotel with good amenities and if not for my negative experience, I would have given a 4 star review. Management should consider if they want business trip users and if so , stock up rooms with this in mind.

Very nice hotel, the location is amazing , right next to mall of the emirates and metro station. The stuff is kind and helpful. Cleaning service is on point , Milan always does the best job.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
