I stayed in the Ibis hotel for one night so I could catch the bus first thing in the morning to go to the airport as I had an early flight.. The location of the hotel is perfect. It's only a few steps to the main train station and metro. From the hotel you can easily walk to the centre of Marseille. My room was nice with a comfortable bed. I slept very well. My only negative comment is that there were few ants in the bathroom, on the sink, and on the floor. Other than that everything was great! I would definitely stay here again.

Walking distance from Charles de G train station. Rooms a bit small but clean and service great..only for 1 night as going to Port to catch cruise ship. breakfast amazing..good value for $25eu for 2 outside terrace was very nice

Forget this place. Skip it. The hotel is dirty, stink a lot and has not been renovated since 1990. The photos of our room wasn’t absolutely like the officials one. There was a LOT of mold in the shower and the floor was so badly installed is was super noisy. The AC barely worked. Absolutely not worth the 170 euros we were charged (not including parking nor breakfast).

Nice hotel, staff friendly. We had a twin room, which was very small, with a tiny bathroom. Hygiene of staff could have been better, picking cutlery up off floor and still putting it on the table.

It was a good stay. The room was big (we were upgraded, thank you Ibis!) The bed was also very comfy.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
