My discontent with this hotel was compounded by their inexplicable refusal to refund the money despite providing undeniable proof of the bed bug infestation through both photos and videos. This lack of accountability and responsiveness to a legitimate grievance not only magnified my frustration but also raised serious concerns about the hotel's commitment to guest welfare. The refusal to address the issue financially only deepened the negative impact of an already disheartening experience, leaving me with a lasting sense of dissatisfaction and disillusionment with their customer service.

Access to Hotel: dificult a bit for whom are not used to drive in Marseille. The best entry is from the parking side. Stop in front of the parking doors. Parking: 15Euros per day. Not included in the booking. reservation by phone possible. Access to parking: 34 rue Fongat. same building of the hotel, by acenser to the fifth floor underground. The cabin is too tight, with very small margin after side mirrors in the open position. Car size must be max of H1.8mtxL5mtx1.9. Good for SW cars. Key to open the acenser door from reciption only at arrival first time snd each time. Entry to rooms: 14h30 arrived. 15h00 in the room!. For cleaning and finishing the check-in. Staf: Very nice.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
