Great location with easy access, although the metro exits are very confusing & we got lost many times to find the hotel from metro stations exit. The rooms are small but very cozy. The hotel gives the great vibes specially the views. The staff was helpful specially the girl who checked us in ( don't remember the name but she wear specs). It was a memorable stay!

In the City, walking distance to Osaka station. Little to no steps traveling to and from the station. Easily walk across the road to Bus station for Airport limousine too. At the Hotel’s entrance, There’s elevator straight down to underground for osaka station and even airport limousine bus station but limited signs or guide map. Beware of some sections closed in the morning where you cannot walk pass but if you are familiar with underground it’s the best route when snowing or raining. Underground has a lot of good restaurants and cheap eats be sure to explore. Nice cake and desserts too. Hotel is small but as aspect from Ibis. Clean, neat, and usually for on the go style tourists. Very good breakfast compared with others. Very tasty coffee not to be missed. Variety selection on savory and sweets. But can be boring as limited changing on each day. If food goes differently on each day would be nice. Staffs were friendly and willing to help. During breakfast time can be overwhelming with guests but adequate food refilling with short wait. Overall a nice on the go style hotel with good location for transportation, restaurants, desserts, and even Nights Fun for drinks and entertainment. FYI. After check out, Hotel limits the leave luggage for 1 per person where never before have this rule for guests. Please ask before getting this accommodation.

This hotel has everything you can expect from a three star hotel - great location (direct access to the underground walkway to the various stations); very friendly, helpful and capable staff; clean rooms with great daily cleaning service and a breakfast that has exceeded my expectations. Rooms are (as clearly and transparently stated on the website when you book) small but were fully ok for our family of three. Internet access was good there are however only two English TV channels (plus one English channel with Mainland Chinese News ie propaganda). All in all a great stay - will for sure come again.

We managed to find the hotel underground using Google maps live view when arriving by train, on the way to the airport, we took the airport bus which was much easier to access above ground. The staff were polite and friendly. If you have Accor plus you get a welcome drink (juice or beer) plus another soft drink/beer at the restaurant. The rooms were reasonable size for Osaka and cleaned well. The only thing is there is a fair bit of street noise even from the 9th floor. We were woken by many ambulances and hoons in the middle of the night. I would probably staff here again.

Hotel nice and staff helpful. Location near metro and subway and direct from underground passage to hotel. I took a taxi from Shin-Osaka station to hotel and taxi refuse to stop outside the hotel, I manage to persuade the driver to stop opposite of the hotel. Checkin was brief and the room was small, not much space for 2 adult and if bring children it will be worst. House keeping was promptly done before 2pm but my bedsheet only change after a week, on my 8th day which was my final night.Overall experience was positive but will give a miss on my return trip.
