Very clean and overall a great stay with incredible convenience being near the Gare Du Nord. It’s such a short walk from the train station that you don’t need any transportation service to pick you and your luggage up! I’m also shocked at reviews that say “Small and dirty”. This is nonsense. The rooms were quite nice and we specifically try to find hotels that are especially clean. We’re very happy with our stay here and highly recommend it.

Very well located near main train station, plus location eating options. Room comfortable size for 2 people, bed comfortable - enjoyed my sleep. Very friendly & helpful staff. Breakfast was perfect for the price.

I stayed for two nights in a twin room. The hotel was easy to find and check in was simple. All the staff we met were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good, with a varied selection to choose from. My only criticism is how uncomfortable the beds are. The single beds were very narrow and the mattress topper seemed to have some kind of coating which just made sleep uncomfortable.

Firstly, I would not be complaining about the hotel and the staff, until the time they disappeared with some chocolates. My trip was a long trip since we were coming from Vietnam and decide to stay 4 days in Paris and chose this Ibis due to the convenient location. We were bringing some chocolates from Japan for all the family that should me stowed on the fridge and in view of there’s no fridge on the rooms, the front desk offered to stow on the hotel’s fridge until the end of our trip. Just to sum up, the chocolates disappeared and we were informed that probably it was put on the trash. They should have denied to keep the food on their fridge instead of disappearing with it.

The hotel is not in a bad location, easy to move around by uber or train, 15-20min to major attractions & museums. The hotel its self needs to be improved. a room was a decent size, but mattress looked over used ; very dented in the middle & flat. Bathroom was a little snug & looked like it wasn't cleaned well or maybe just old & needs to be updated. Little things here and there were broken, like the light switch was completely broken off (we just ysed the other light switch. The bathroom had a broken shower head where it wouldn't slide up so had to detach shower hose to be able to shower. There was also holes in the shower wall where it looked maybe the soap holder might of fallen off previously. They also only gave 2 very small toilet paper rolls per day which for a family of 3 we would run through quickly. The staff was very nice and helpful though! There was also a nice restaurant next door with good food and prices. If your on a tight budget this hoyel is not a bad option. but for $50 us dollars more a day ww could pf probably stayed at a much nicer hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
