        Our six-night stay at this hotel was marred by a series of frustrating issues with the air conditioning system, and I felt compelled to share my experience. On the first night, we immediately noticed that the air conditioner in our room was not functioning properly. This prompted a room change, but unfortunately, the air conditioner in the second room also experienced a malfunction after just one night of use. Despite reporting this issue to the receptionist multiple times, we were repeatedly told not to worry and that they would have it fixed. Regrettably, these assurances turned out to be empty promises. My attempts to escalate the problem went unanswered and it became evident that the hotel was not taking the matter seriously. When I requested a room change due to the unbearable heat, I was informed that this issue was affecting multiple rooms, making it impossible to accommodate everyone elsewhere. The situation became increasingly uncomfortable as the warm weather persisted, and I had to ask the room cleaner for an additional pillow as the one in my room had become damp. My efforts to speak with the manager about the situation were in vain, as I was told that he worked from 10 am to 4 pm, which is clearly inconvenient for guests who are typically out and about during those hours. Overall, the recurring air conditioning problems, unfulfilled promises of repair, and lack of responsiveness from the hotel's staff made our stay far less enjoyable than we had hoped for. It is disappointing that such issues were not adequately addressed, and I would caution other travelers considering this hotel until these concerns are resolved.

        The view from the window was great but there was no option of fresh air in the room. I really like the location of the hotel and the connectivity to the metro and buses were great. Breakfast is also good.

        Booked triple room for 4 days considering hotel per day price was decent compared to other hotel in that region but this was my biggest mistake. I will describe this hotel in details so others can also use my review it is related to the safety of any family. 1) Room was ok but no wardrobe for any storage. there was just bed to sleep. 2) Beds were not properly maintained due to lack of number of cleaning staff 3) Bathroom was ok but there was only shampoo and towels nothing else 4) Only two lifts were working and they were very very slow. You can expect minimum 10min to reach your room. 5) Location was the worst part of hotel. the walk from hotel to nearest metro was scary everyday. gang of dirty people was there every day outside the metro station 6) Did not try breakfast, so no word for it 7) Sat sun and Monday’s there was market down to the hotel which makes uncomfortable to walk 8) Ants we’re running in the room and no one cared 9) They did not changed bed sheets even single time in four days of stay 10) Reception staff was good and supportive. if you are travelling with family then please try to avoid this hotel

        I opted for an Ibis hotel in Paris as I wanted to make sure to have a decent level of quality. Nevertheless, the hotel has turn to be the worst ever. The room had no open-window and there is no opportunity to get fresh air coming in. What makes it worse is that air conditioning is not working and you have to open the corridor door to breath during the night. The staff is quite useless as their are not able to help at all. I have asked to get my point credited in my account but the receptionist said that I was not untitled to it finding as an excuse I had to reach a number of booking to get it (totally untrue as you can read in the website). This costs me my points but what worse is that I have asked three times for extras pillows as the ones in the room were pretty unconfortable. The first receptionist said that I had to come back after 9, after 9 no pillow available, the following day the personel in charge of cleaning room said they would bring the pillows later but no one showed up and we slept for 3 night very badly. No staff can speak a decent English or Spanish or Italian. How can you work in a hotel and barely speak English o no at all like the personel at the breakfast room? I think this has been my last experience in Ibis as it is getting like one of the countless hotels poorly ranked.

        My partner and I spent 3 days at the Ibis Hotel. The staff is unfriendly, everyone is nervous, they don't want to make an effort to welcome you with a smile and We do not recommend! guide you in a ni way, but everything in a hurry. There are no windows to open, our room smelled of sewage. The pictures you see are edited, the rooms don't look like they are, they are very small and the view is terrible. Also, the location of the hotel and that whole area is a disaster.
