The Ibis Pattaya offered a satisfactory experience considering the cost. Its proximity to the beach and other prominent hotels made it a convenient choice. The sight of neighboring hotels' impressive swimming pools might trigger a hint of envy, contrasting with Ibis's smaller pool. The rooms were clean but compact, and the bathroom was on the smaller side. The additional charge for breakfast should be noted. Despite these aspects, the overall stay was positive.

A standard room with basic amenities, cozy. Breakfast is just basic, no choice . Staff is very friendly and helpfull. Location is good, behind is beach, front of hotel is food street and shopping mall terminal 21.

The only good thing is the location of this hotel, other than that this hotel is completely not worth the money. You can find great options in the same range in Pattaya. The front desk staff were helpful, manager though tries to fool you into believing what they provide is same for everyone and tries to say he doesn’t know about the property himself. The rooms can be way too far within the floor if they start at 1-10 or so in the pattern, not many food options, pool is just not worth it, rooms are totally outdated and super small, washrooms are just fine. If you request the housekeeping personally is when they clean the rooms and they keep doing it all the day whenever they wish and throw you out of the room if they want to clean the room. No power sockets just one, no good tv options, AC doesn’t work well. Overall won’t suggest this, because big hotels like this are not worth the brand value in terms of Ibis Pattaya.

The pros only the location, near from everywhere including beach, Terminal21, Central Marina. In front of hotel theres 7eleven, mini foodcourt, lots of places to eat, massage, pub, etc. Minus is room a bit old, little dirty maybe little bit hurry to clean because when i check in although already in 4pm still have to waiting 2hours or more. But they compensate with Welcome Drink. Bathroom itself looks old. Maybe if you just sleep you can book in here, but if you want to enjoy the hotel you must think twice.

Good value for money. I stayed 1 night, room was comfy, excellent mattress. Staff is professional and work well by respecting process. Check-in and Check-out were super fast and easy. Location is great, walking distance from attractive area. I recommend the place.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
