Staying here with a group tour. The room is nice, and comfortable. However, I'm not sure if this is a policy in this hotel, but there was no hot water in the showers and sinks first thing in morning. I tried calling the reception desk and couldn't get a hold of anyone. Not the greatest feeling in the AM. Edit: Water problem was fixed. More comfortable now.

A fantastic hotel, centrally located for all that Porto has to offer. The rooms are spotless and a great size. We were very lucky to be upgraded to have a small balcony which was the icing on the cake. The staff were lovely and really helped us when my husband and I were unwell during our stay. They couldn't have been kinder. Will definitely return when next in Porto

I had issues as soon as I arrived to the hotel. I missed my flight to Porto, my parents made it on time. They spoke to the employee letting them know the situation. The guy told them not to worry that my room would be secured since I paid for it. The next day I arrived and they said no one put it in the computer. So they cancelled my reservation, they had to rebook everything and it took forever. The room was fine, but the shower in my bathroom was small. And because of that the water would splash into the floor and would be completely soaked. The worst part of all of this happened on the last day. I was getting ready for the day and maintenance walked in on me naked without knocking. Who does that?! I never called maintenance there was no reason for them to be in my room. The best part was the location, close to shopping, food and very walkable. The street was very quiet as well.

Just completed an unreal stay. Wow. What a fantastic concept. Breakfast was delicious, good assortment of hot food. The room and bed were comfortable. So many USB chargers and in general, attention to detail. As an American, I was wowed by the water pressure. The water pressure should be illegal - the shower was next level and I do not normally talk about nor care to rate showers. Location was close to the metro and food - we frequented the restaurants downstairs. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Location location location.... Centrally located to the historic part of Porto. The hotel rooms are very clean. The service desk is great and they allow people access to their cafe machines, and they have drinking water available in the lobby. Sparse amenities in the room but ... Oh well... Not a big deal.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
