Due to a night out and work I stayed here for 1 night. The service is friendly with a smile, though there was no explanation about the hotel itself as where you can find what within the hotel. The room is small, but not stuffy nor claustrophobic. There is the basic needs within the room. It took me a minute to figure out how to turn the lights on. Hint: put your card in the cardholder next to the door. The bed is firm and comfy, the pillow was a soft for my liking so I stacked them. The bathroom is fluffy friendly. Breakfast is fresh, a good variety and delicious. The reason for not giving 4 out of 5 stars is a bit of mold on the bottom edges in the shower, the fact that after showering there was a small pool of water outside of the showering cabin, some stains in the sink that does not scrub off and no brush for the toilet.

Very friendly and reasonable reception team. Requested a canal view in the booking not thinking I would actually get it. Was pleased at check in to find that I was able to. Room had nice decor with a great view. Not to mention, hotel ideally located. Would definitely recommend

My family stayed here for the weekend. Perfect location for a short stay. Walking distance to many tourist attractions. Locations feels very nice and safe. It looks like a newer hotel. Lobby and rooms are modern. Staff also friendly. We had a triple which was a spacious corner room with view of the water. Overnight parking in underground lot for €24 for 24 hours. Convenient that there is a Jumbo across the street.

No tea and coffee in the rooms, and you will have to pay downstairs. Also, very disappointed that I booked two twin rooms, and they gave us two double bedrooms. I even messaged straight after to ensure two twin rooms would be booked, and when we arrived, we was told all rooms are sold out and we'd have to make do with the second rooms. Not a very good experience at all and I would avoid if possible.
