        Very bad experience at this hotel! Loud and really bad music playing by the DJ, all day long. It says 24 kitchen but after 10pm they sell only chips and frozen sandwich. Its dirty and things in the shower were broken. The staff was friendly but that was the only good thing. Btw, really bad location

        Upon my arrival for check-in on the 24th at 10:45 PM, I encountered only one staff member at the reception, who was occupied with closing the cash register reports. While I understand the importance of these tasks, I was disappointed to wait around 15 minutes without being attended to, especially considering Accor's promise of priority service for GOLD members, a commitment prominently displayed at the hotel's reception. After almost 20 minutes, another employee arrived to assist me. However, there was an issue with the billing for my stay. Having paid with points from the Accor loyalty program, there should have been no additional charge, yet they initially attempted to charge me USD 220. Thankfully, after my intervention, they rectified the mistake. Furthermore, as a GOLD member, I am entitled to a welcome drink, which was not initially offered. I had to request the voucher from the receptionist. Regrettably, my concerns were not limited to the reception area. In my room, I found a torn bedsheet, worn towels, and a shower with low water pressure that did not heat up properly. These details significantly compromised the comfort of my stay. As a frequent traveler and familiar with Ibis standards around the world, I must express my disappointment with my experience in Santiago. I had higher expectations from the brand, particularly regarding the benefits and care for Accor's GOLD members.

        Their lady manager is amazing she was so helpful and thoughtful. I really appreciate. The only problem is that after night falls, they are a lot of organized crime 🤔 front of hote!!!you can't blame the hotel !! They said they have been communicating with city officials detective units, but officials did not care or did anything 🤔 so just be careful.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
