        I do not recommend it very much! The room is full of cockroaches. Upon entering the room, the stench immediately hits you, as if the room had been sprayed with chemicals. Children's bunk bed mattresses are as hard as if you were sleeping on the floor. The pool is small, fresh water, no sunbeds.

        It is a really terrible experience for me. This is my 1st time to live in an international branding hotel and changed 3 times x hotel room but still have cockroaches in all rooms. 1st night (4-Nov-2023) when I checked in my room (Room 815). There were already more than 10pcs mini and small size cockroaches greeting me and coming out from the bed and the bathroom. It’s really freaked me out. And the receptionist was nice and helped me to change a new room immediately. The new room (Room 1111) still had two mini size cockroaches when I came in. I was tired and asked the staff to arrange deep cleaning the room for me tomorrow since it was almost 02:00am at that time. When I went out and came back to the room that night, more small size cockroaches appeared in my rooms!!!!!! It was totally unacceptable!!!! I called the front desk again and then they arranged me to move to another new room in higher floor (Room 2513). The staff gave me a free drink card as a compensation, and I rejected it!!!! I am not asking for a free drink and I just want to have a clean place for rest. I informed the front desk and asked for the refund for the remaining days. I couldn’t stay there for one more night. The front lady was really helpful and helped us to reach her management to confirm the refund arrangement. Even through we haven’t received the email from them yet (they said they will send the written confirmation about the refund arrangement to us by email on Monday). I believe they will keep their promise. And I hope they could improve the hygiene situation in their hotel room immediately. Last thing, when I was back to my 3rd time hotel room (2513) to collect my luggage to check out , the cockroaches were coming out on the desk again. It is a mystery for me that this hotel has more than 4 points of average rating in all platforms.

        A very trendy looking hotel in the city of Bangkok with a nerf fit better house keeping skills. Staff was warm and very kind and humble, would be great if the team can be more tourist friendly and help people who don’t speak Thai. Rooms are trendy and stylish, you can always ask for supplies if you’ve forgotten them. Breakfast options are good, but buffet area needs to be cleaned up - some pest issues are clearly noticed. Hotels proximity to public transport is a plus point, else app base can services/ food delivery are easily available. View from Streets (breakfast/ pool area) and High Streets is a pleasant surprise

        I can't believe this place; it's crawling with cockroaches everywhere! I tried moving to four different rooms, and guess what? Each one was packed with those creepy crawlies, big and small. It's like living a nightmare. I asked for my money back for the whole mess, but they only gave me a refund for one night. After switching rooms four times, I just had to bail. This is totally not okay.

        I stayed at ibis styles Bangkok multiple time and I was very impressed by the hotel. The location is great, close to many restaurants, bars, and attractions. The hotel is modern, colorful, and stylish, with a rooftop bar and restaurant that offer amazing views of the city. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a flat-screen TV, a refrigerator, and a safe. The breakfast was delicious and varied, with both Thai and international dishes. The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. They arranged a shuttle service to the BTS station and gave me some tips on what to see and do in Bangkok. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good value and a pleasant stay in Bangkok. Thank you for receptionist that check us in on late night and offer connecting room for us. She is very thoughtful.
