Had a pleasant stay here for three nights on a city trip. Friendly staff, clean, comfortable and quiet room and a good bar in the lobby area. The rooftop also invites to chill out during sunset for example. Location is fine as well, you can walk to the Bogatel beach and the promenade, there's a metro stop and several bus stops nearby, so that it's easy to get around. Would come here again, as the value was good as well.

My recent stay at this hotel offered a comfortable experience with the added perk of a delicious breakfast. The prime location near the metro station made city exploration easy. The room was clean and cozy, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The breakfast spread was a delightful surprise. However, the absence of a fridge, safe, and kettle in the room might be a drawback for some guests. Additionally, the need to take the metro to the city center could be inconvenient for those seeking a more central location. Despite these minor drawbacks, the overall experience was positive, making it a recommended choice for a convenient and enjoyable stay.

Excellent location and service. The breakfast buffet had lots of variety and everything was fresh. Nice atmosphere in the lobby. Rooms are bare but this is probably the standard for Spain as other hotels we've been to had the same furniture. Definitely recommend!

I Love it, seems like they newly renovated the rooms because the one I had looks newly painted and bathroom was very clean. Staff were very welcoming and sweet. Food service at their restaurant was good, however the meat lasagna should be out of their menu, can't even see a meat at all, taste was very bad but their baked chicken was perfectly cooked and tasty. The rooftop pool was the highlight of this hotel. Location wise is not terrible though, it may have few change of lanes but anyhow metro is just few steps away from the hotel L4 yellow lane.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
