Travelled for short Christmas break to visit family and chose this hotel due to the handy location. We have stayed in a beautiful room with a balcony on the top floor that had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. And the views from the room were breath-taking! Complimentary breakfast was included with a room and it did not disappoint! Great selection of pastries, fresh fruits and delicious Scottish porridge. We came for a drink at the bar and bartenders Jamie and Jordan looked after us very well. We would like to thank all staff members for our pleasant stay, we have really enjoyed the hotel and will be looking forward to coming back.

First time staying here, lovely hotel great location, nice and clean, big room, friendly staff. Nice live music in the night at the lounge, Nice continental breakfast and can bring in our bag and luggage earlier before we check-in. Will definitely stay again in near future. Thank you very much❤

Great stay and dinner at the Ibis Styles. Staff was great, specially Reece, Jamie, Ilaria and Mercedes, they went the extra mile on our stay. The room was clean and had coffee and shortbread. They had live music on Thursdays and Fridays at the bar and the atmosphere was great. We had the vegan chocolate cake and it was surprisingly good. Will definitely recommend. Thanks

Nordic Visitor travellers. Hotel was chosen for us. Reception staff were lovely and gracious. We waited just a bit for our room, but were made very comfortable after a long day of travel. Room was small but warm and had a fascinating view. The Breakfast Buffet was extraordinary and one of the best we had over the whole trip. Elegantly set up and such an assortment of choices.

Great location. Tiny rooms, but that was not an issue. The room was not very clean, there was mold in the shower. The breakfast was below the average both because of the variety but also due to quality. There were dirty bowls with dried porridge and when I told the staff they didn't apologize. So the second day we decided to enjoy a nice breakfast elsewhere.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
