Great location for a good rest! Rooms are nice and clean! Beds are comfortable. The breakfast was a really good basic breakfast. It included scrambled eggs, sausage, bread, fruit, cheese, cold cuts and machine coffee... I travel alot, and for a cheaper hotel, this included breakfast was awesome!!! And the breakfast room was so cute... My photo didn't do it justice

Truly a great value for money. All Accor Gold benefits were honored, very polite receptionist, good breakfast, stylish rooms. I don't understand the folks that give egative reviews here, it's an Ibis Styles near Grand Central Station, of course it's not the Ritz Carlton ... Some people just need to feel important I guess. Anyway, job well done team !

The actual location is great as it is close to the main station in Frankfurt, however may be in a slightly seedy part of town. The breakfasts are good and offer a wide array of options. The room I stayed in is fairly quiet to outside noise. One major downfall is that the wifi is terrible and cuts in and out on monotonous regularity.

This is a hotel in a great location for the central station, I found my walk was less than five minutes. My room was made up as a family room but luckily I was able to put the sofa bed away easily, there is no curtains in the room other than net, the windows themselves have a shutter on the outside (something I've not encountered before or used). Though I did spot these around the city elsewhere. My room was very close to the lift and I could hear everytime someone used the lift. Normally I don't hear any sounds from other parts of the hotel in an Ibis Styles so I was surprised by this. The room was very nicely decorated and the bathroom lovely even if the shower was not fixed up in the air above head level. I slept well with my earplugs and breakfast was included and very nice.

This place could have been a three star review if it wasn't for the fact that the bathrooms weren't cleaned at all. We walked in, and there was straight-up still toilet paper in the toilet! The decor is also awful. The hotel has a lot of work to do.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
