The hotel is really very nice and convenient for personal or business visit. I have been really once again surprised by the helpful attitude from the staff - Receptions Dilara and Iegin were amazing! Dilara was very very approachable and always ready to help despite of hotel working at its full capacity! I will definetely be back when back to Ist. The housekeeping as well as Food service were also very good and always to meet visitors' needs! Though it is not very cheap hotel but it is really worth it and I am happy to benefit from ALL memebrship!

Decent hotel, business standard, impeccably clean, great service. Nice lobby and shisha bar. However the soundproofing is non existent and I know everything about all my room neighbours. There was also no water fountain (I did ask. We do get 1L of water in our room, refilled by the cleaners but if we want more, we have to buy)

Best stay ever ! I really enjoyed staying at ibis Styles Istanbul Bomonti. The staff is awesome, very helpful and polite. The rooms are spacious and clean. The food was really good. I 100% recommend and I wouldn’t trade this hotel for any other one. I will for sure stay here the next time I’ll be in Istanbul !

I reported the disruptive racket, and despite being promised prompt resolution, it seemed as though the staff had enrolled in the art of disappearing. Two desperate calls later, I found myself drowning in frustration as the noise persisted, turning what could have been a relaxing stay into a cacophonous ordeal. The disregard for guest comfort was nothing short of astonishing. My stay at the hotel can only be described as a nightmare fueled by incessant noise. the actions of the staff of this hotel are a shame!!! They freely defraud customers! I stayed in a room with them for two nights, following a head operation. When I left, they blocked me at reception and forced me to pay because apparently the sheets had received a blood stain from the operation. They asked me to pay for this because they couldn't reuse the sheets in this condition for subsequent guests... I explained to them that the sheets had to be washed for each guest, but they wouldn't listen...

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
