        Overall the room was clean and even though the size was small, it’s quiet acceptable. The bad experienced was i found the blanket was ripped off a bit on the bottom, the sliding door on the bathroom didn’t closed all the way and it’s kinda stuck and i found out on the top of the sliding door, one of the hooks was broken and came out from the rail.the other thing was the connection to the wifi was really bad and when i rang them up, nobody answered it and because of that i have to stay all night to finished my work.hopefully in the future things will get better and made some significantly improvement. It’s just a shame that they missed out a small details for the room.

        Not the worst hotel I have stayed but it was rather unbearable as I stayed for 5 nights. Not my choice but this hotel was assigned to me by the vendor my company engaged with, and it was due to some system messed but. Overall the experience was bad, wifi is almost non-existent due to where my room was located and even my phone 5G signal was so massively dampen that my personal hotspot isn’t working as well. Breakfast was so bad that I skipped almost every morning, and the shower has the wet soggy stench that really makes me jump out of shower in literally minutes. Mini fridge isn’t cold either so that is a big minus. Good side is the bed is still comfy, and the TV have some rather okay entertainment channels. And the staff were friendly albeit not able to delivery quality service. Rated 3-star hotel but honestly I think the quality is less than 2. Still not my worst hotel experience, just not a good one. My other colleagues who stayed beside at Novotel had a much ‘better’ experience. So I will suggest that instead if you are choosing between both, though neither will be my choice at all.

        Overall not a bad hotel. Wash rooms and bathrooms are congested. I booked a king size bed but it was not a really king size bed. Morning breakfast is good with multiple varieties. The swimming pool and Gym is well maintained. The appearance of the lobby is beautiful.

        Great Hotel for Business and family. I stayed with my family and a child, this hotel have the facility that we need especially nice swimming pool its very cool on the rooftop with beautiful scenery and friendly for children. Friendly and helpful staff also. I'd like thanks to Ms. Lala & Mr. Reza who treated us well with smile on her, helpful and accommodated our stay well from our arrival till check out.         Price vs service is not good Others hotel better and lower prices Room is too bad, shower broken.. Lift always busy, no breakfast even room price higher.. Bad choice and bad experience
