Man, I gotta say, Ibis Styles Jakarta Sunter really hit the spot. After landing in Jakarta, I was looking for a place that's comfy but won't break the bank, and this place totally delivered. The room? Sleek, modern, and more spacious than I expected. Plus, the WiFi was fast, which is always a win in my book. Staff were awesome—really friendly and they spoke great English. They even helped me figure out the best way to get around the city and what local dishes I should try. Location was pretty convenient. It's not right in the heart of the city, but getting a Grab to where I wanted to go was super easy. And there's a shopping mall nearby, so that was handy for quick snacks and stuff. The breakfast was a nice mix of local and Western food. Loved the fresh fruit and the local pastries. Didn't expect to find such a good croissant in Jakarta, to be honest. All in all, a solid choice for anyone coming to Jakarta. Good vibes, good room, good location. What more could you ask for?

One day I had the opportunity to stay at this place, the location is quite strategic in the Sunter area. The lobby area is not too wide, the rooms are quite clean although not too big. Amenities packages are not available, but can be provided by hotel staff if requested. The variety of the breakfast menu is good, there is an egg station. Suggest to separate smoking and non-smoking rooms

Probably the most luxurious Ibis you will ever stay at. Ibis usually don't come with gym and pool facility, but this one does. Plus point for good room dining options and quick serving time. Staffs are friendly and professional, but breakfast could be better. My room has minor noise issue which i already reported to the front desk.

As a platinum member I got upgraded to the superior room with balcony, which is directly facing the street, it was very noisy and the room have lots of mosquitoes. This is my 2nd stay and unlike the first stay which I enjoyed very much, I didn't enjoy this one.

Check in time was a bit long due to my reservation code was not at their system, even though i showed them the code from the app. got an upgrade, to a deluxe room which is much bigger, but the aircon failed to cool the room, I was sweating all night long.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
