I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, it’s clean and the staff is very friendly. Their massage service is really great and we used it a lot! The breakfast is nice and the location convenient, the only negative for me was the wait for check in despite making a special request and emailing for early check in because I had no choice my flight arrived at 5am but I still had to wait til 10am and pay extra to be given a room. But to sum it up definitely recommend this hotel just be mindful of the check in time.

I was checking in early in the morning around 5:30 AM, but had no trouble in the process of checking in. The staff were really helpful during all the time I was staying. The room was good & clean. The AC also cold its so good. All in all I only had great experiences during my 2 day stay. Will definitely choose Ibis Style Tanah Abang again the next time I have business in the capital. And definitely would recommend it also to families & friends.

My room was quiet, spacious enough and clean with a comfy bed. Overall, the staff did a wonderful job always smiling and helpful. 2 refill water bottles per day (except the last day). Cleaning staff also did a great job making a bed and changing bed sheets on a daily basis. Hot shower with great pressure. Wifi definitely needs a push, however. I got kick out every now and then on my devices which was a bit of a nuisance. Breakfast buffets is ready up to 10am. Fair taste.180k for 2 pax for us.

Well located close by office building, close to convenience store, food court, bakery and coffee shop. Restaurant provide a good meal, very pack during lunch hour. Room very nice, quite spacious, cozy and comfy. Definitely would love to stay again in Ibis styles Tanah Abang. Thank you..

I had an incredible stay here. The room was clean and neat, oh not to mention the cute elevators! Love that. The staffs were super friendly. The food? Yum! I love them. I had the rujak ice cream and it was superbbb. Definitely going to stay there if I have another business trip around that area.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
