We stayed here for one night before embarking on a cruise. Consequently we had two heavy suitcases but need not have worried about carrying them up and down the seven steps at the entrance as staff were quick to help. The accommodation was excellent value for money and the breakfast was very good. The hotel's location is ideal, being near Southern Cross Station, and we will happily stay here again next time we're in Melbourne

The rooms hjere were nice and clean, and about the size I expected for one of the cheapest possible places to stay near Southern Cross station. The staff were also really friendly when I arrived and left. Unfortunately the noise from the streets does seem to echo in a little more than I expected and as a result I can't say I woke up well rested, and the elevators seem to be noisy and faulty, as one elevator continually stops at the second floor, seemingly regardless of whether someone actually pressed the button for it

I can not believe with the price I paid to stay here for a family room was like a sardine can. $450 for one night, a Sunday night. I had to wait to be checked into the room after 2.00 pm and it had been prepaid before I got there. And checkout is at 10.00 am so they couldn't have it ready in four hours. The size of the room was not value for money, I have checked the room price last night, and again for tonight it is at $209 a night. Definitely do not recommend a family staying here go elsewhere! There is no one to put your issues to they just don't care. I messaged them but do not seem to understand English very well. Which is the oldest load of rubbish in the book. But yeah go elsewhere if your after a family room.

Selected this hotel for the location, location was great. The included breakfast didn't include the full breakfast options that came at an additional cost. Small but serviceable room. The room was clean on arrival, however, I found that there was mould in the shower. I was disappointed when I asked for some information about inner Melbourne and nearby transportation. I was advised I would need to pay for the tram so I purchased a card and loaded it with funds only to find out that it wasn't needed and was a waste of time and money. Overall, the hotel provided me with what I needed, however it left a lot to be desired.

Our short stay was a pleasant experience, couldn’t have been any better. The staff who checked us in named Jet is nice and friendly, very welcoming. He even suggests things to do in Melbourne and good food as well that we never experienced before in other hotels. Keep it up :)

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
