        I have to say masseur Bibi was brilliant. Help me a lot with my lower back pain. Massages are bit over priced but compare to another countries in Europe still pretty cheap. Rooms are adequate for a couple. I couldn’t check the family room. Food wise I had just few Thai dishes and they wasn’t bad at all. What I want to praise their cocktails.

        The receptionist was very friendly, he immediately resolved a problem that I had with my booking situation. The room was small but the real problem was that there was an awful smell like drainage or mold or something like that. The hotel need a renovation immediately The pool area seemed nice but we didn't have the time to use it.

        We stayed at the Ibis for 8 nights. It is a hotel with positive and negative sides. The overall conclusion is average, certainly not good. Positive: the location, the swimming pool and the buffet, cleaning and bar staff. The hotel is located on the main street towards the beach. The beach is a 10/15 minute walk. A nice walk along shops and restaurants. In any case, there are many shops and restaurants around the hotel. The swimming pool is great with a children's pool and a large pool. Also a playground, great. Many of the staff are super friendly and helpful. Only with the front office staff was not helpful and lied to us. The negative sides: The hotel is old. Once it was beautiful, but it needs a lot of maintenance. The elevator often got stuck (started again after 2 minutes), the air conditioning in one of the rooms did not work, etc. The evening buffet is really bad. Around the hotel you have better restaurants for less money. Drinks and food in the hotel are expensive compared to the area. The front office staff is not helpful. We wanted to book an extra room because of our children. The front office employee did not feel like this and said that the hotel was full. I asked if it could be done a day later, no. Then the manager came and she also said the hotel was full. In the meantime, I looked on Agoda and there were still rooms available. When I said this I was given an extra room very quickly. First she wanted to charge us twice the Agoda price for it. When I said that I got a better price. Shame!

        Nice hotel near the entrance to Krabi main road. Very convenient to all the places. Clean rooms and has all facilities. We didn't take the breakfast package and that was the right call as it looked like they had no major options except upma and bread for vegetarians. Rest others no complains or issues with Ibis.

        The hotel is okay. It's not very upscale like some of the Ibis properties I've visited. The breakfast options are better than average. The rooms are quite okay for two people. The major issue is this is almost 1KM from Krabi Main Beach where most of the shops are. There are multiple hotels near to the beach which can be considered for easier walks.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
