        I enjoyed my stay at Ibis Kyoto. The location is super key (walking distance from metro station), love the entrance stylish design. Staff was nice and easy to communicate with. The room is quite small but quite standard for a Japanese style hotel. I can only recommend it.

        Superb stay! Staff is friendly and room is clean! Amenities are complete (toothpaste, toothbrush, skincare for face and body, body towel, tea/coffee, razor, ear tips, and many more) The hotel is next to bus stop, which is very convenient if you are to go Bamboo forest. There is Fresco and Life supermarket nearby and plenty of eateries in the vicinity! Highly recommended if you’re looking for stay in Kyoto!

        Beyond my expectations. The interior was at par to the historical/cultural theme of Kyoto. The location is near bus stops and a major line. Also walking distance towards the shopping district which I highly appreciated. The room was better. However, the room given to me was a side building view which I was disappointed. Nevertheless, the extreme hospitality makes up for it.

        I enjoyed my stay at Ibis Kyoto. The location is super key (walking distance from metro station), love the entrance stylish design. Staff was nice and easy to communicate with. The room is quite small but quite standard for a Japanese style hotel. I can only recommend it.

        Location - good. Environment/deco - great, classic Japanese decoration. Staff attentive. Only one pillow - and it is flat. I experienced stiff neck and shoulder and last until end of my two weeks vacation in Japan. Terrible.. Luckily after that visited Osaka and sleep at Ibis Umeda is more comfortable.

        Clean room, bed sheets and towels changed every day, well located and helpful/ friendly staff. The room is quite small with no wardrobe but the quality/ price is great. A staff member the day of my check out helped me with a medical emergency, she went above and beyond.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
