Very friendly staff, welcomed us into the hotel past midnight with a smile. Almost all of the staff speak English and it was easy to communicate with them. Beautiful artsy decor with an excellent pool and delicious breakfast buffet. Nice ambience in the rooms and lounge. Central location. Me and family with two kids had a great time and will stay here when next we’re in Madrid.

Booked an independent 5 day/4 night stay with air/hotel/full breakfast buffet at the ibis style Madrid city las ventas aka Novotel hotel. The ibis occupy the first three floors while Novotel occupies the remaining upper floors. I travelled off season in January, on and off rain but well worth the price point. Paid, $1400 for two for airfare and hotel with a fantastic breakfast. I flew from San Francisco to Madrid, spain. It worked out that the air ticket on delta airlines cost, under $500 per person. I was able to check in luggage and get assigned seats, also upgraded to premium economy seats at no extra seats. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. Fresh baked goods, fresh fruits, fresh squeezed orange juice, fresh honey, breakfast is served from 630am to 1030am. Have a late breakfast at 10 am to skip lunch since most of the stores don’t open until 11am. Taking public transport from the airport is convenient. The 200 bus is a15 minutes walk or the metro a 6 minute walk from the hotel. Taking bolt or Uber will cost 15-18 euros. The hotel is a 40 minute walk to the central part of the city or one can take the number 53 bus which is a 3 minute walk to the bus stop from the hotel. Bolt will cost as low as $7 euros or as high as $11 euros to the center of town, zona commercial. I highly recommend ibis style Madrid city las ventas hotel. The rooms are big and spacious. The bed is comfortable. Most important, clean and quiet. The staff is helpful. The hotel is located close to many supermarkets, carefour and Mercado de las ventas market.

Hotel was nicely done but when we arrived the pool was closed because their summer season had ended (it was 32 degrees) If I had know this I wouldn’t have booked this specific hotel or maybe just reduced my stay in Madrid I was following the weather forecast to decide which hotel to book 3-5 days before arrival The website doesn’t give much information about the seasons and how it works nor it appears in the booking page! You really need to take some time to navigate through the website to see 1 short sentence saying that the pool operates on season basis When we questioned why this information isn’t clearly provided etc All the employees were very unsupportive; one said I’m here only 1 week, another said I’m no manager, 3rd said it’s government decision and so on! I don’t think they even cared or tried to understand what we were saying! There was no follow up or anything after that either! The hotel is located quite far from the centre so it was very disappointing that there was no pool and it took almost 45-1h to get to the centre with public transport Rooms were super clean so bravo to housekeeping

Lovely hotel, great facilities, car parking expensive but at least safe. Limited spaces around the pool, we were lucky but people were leaving towels to reserve spaces and going for lunch etc. which should be monitored more closely. Otherwise a really lovely stay, thank you!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
