This is a nice hotel: staff friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet was very nice, location across from Metro station (2 stops to opera house and Royal Palace), and not too far from main train station. Many restaurants nearby, including a Galacian one next door. One caveat: don't let them give you room #320. Room was tiny, no room for a suitcase, no desk, just a folding table. Other than this one fault, I would recommend this hotel.

NOT good value for money Loud plumbing and cheap doors make it noisy Had a door to a patio but it was locked, the sink is in the room space They charge for leaving the luggage for a few hours... The location is great near the metro but you can feel the trains vibrating the building

Firstly, thank you to the wonderful Mabel for giving me a free upgrade to a double room! If you’re familiar with the brand, you know you’ll have a basic but comfortable stay. Only issue I had was some noisy locals in the street during the night but this was resolved by shutting the window. Main points are that it is centrally located by Lavapiés metro station and a 24-hour supermarket, and offers a decent breakfast buffet and vending machine facilities, all convenient factors that make it very easy to recommend!

I can say with 1* level of hotel, this Ibis Budget exceed my expectation, from checkin experience and when I enter the room. The room is very basic - towel, shower gel, linen sheet is bit thin but acceptable, and no deposit box so think about workaround if you bring something valuable. The cleaning lady that I happen to cross path with share no smile and limited English - I think regardless you’re 1* this is still needed towards your guests. Location has been superb, very close to metro and some other popular bar.

Delivers a good product at the budget end of offerings. We stayed in one of the rooms with a balcony and suspect the rooms without one would be a tight squeeze for older or larger couples.That said it is well located and within a 20 min walk from all major sites. There is a very affordable and wholesome continental breakfast on offer. I would suggest that the neighbourhood could be best described as vibrant rather than genteel. It has noise obviously as it faces a public square but that is also one of its charms. Staff are very efficient and helpful which puts them way above most typical budget places.There are also very useful common areas with table and chairs that can be used to eat take out.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
