I did not stay here, I cannot review the rooms but I am more than happy to be grateful and give a glowing review of the night staff that went out of their way to assist me when I was stuck in a unfamiliar city late at night (5th October) and visibly stressed. I was treated in a calm respectful friendly manner with patience. I am confident the next time I come to Marseille and were to stay here, the staff would go out of their way to make sure it went as smoothly as possible.

Perfect location to visit Marseille, and breakfast is included. It's really a shame that until the third day of stay, I found that I needed to heat the eggs myself. Really want to say sorry to people from whom I took your eggs. 😅

Do not, I repeat do not stay here. The false advertise this facility. The place is disgusting you may as well sleep in a cardboard box out the front. The only enticing offer is that it’s close to the train station but trust me, find somewhere better. It’s a dump, staff are of no help either on our concerns.

The location of the hotel is excellent. It is right next to the Marseille Saint-Charles station. The reception was good with the staff super friendly and nice. The room was clean and daily cleaning was impeccable. The mattress is too soft for my taste but it won't be a negative point because I rested well. The room has a huge smart TV and the ease of connecting to my tablet (for example) is wonderful. Breakfast has plenty to choose from and the bar has some variety of drinks.

Its a good 3 star hotel very close to Charles train station. The bed was good and breakfast as well, hotel staff friendly. Its very close to Train station Saint Charles. For short trip the hotel is ok but for longer no

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
