Great hotel. Great location, close to everything, well connected. Very friendly staff. Comfortable and nice rooms. Great and very tasty breakfasts. You can't fault anything.

The hotel was very good, clean and the staff is friendly. The breakfast was decent and of quality. No many options but still good breakfast. The location is amazing it is 30 minutes walk from the Duomo and there is a metro station 3 minutes away from the hotel.

Perfect location, 10 min walk from central station and around 20 min walk from the Duomo . Buenos Aires shopping street is just around the corner. I loved my room 405, especially the roof terrace, very comfortable bed . Staff (reception & housekeeping) were very friendly and helpful at all times. Will definitely stay here again when I return to Milan. Perfect for Solo travel. Thank you.

We stayed here 1 night as we flew into Milan in the evening and then took the train to Milan early next morning. Checkin was efficient and we got one of the two story apartment type rooms since we were a family. The room was quite cozy yet had enough space for 4 people. Two beds upstairs were great for the kids! Didn’t take any breakfast since we had to leave early. Staff was quite nice giving dinner ideas but and seemed genuinely disappointed that we were staying in Milan only 1 night. Overall 10-15 minutes with heavy bags walking from Milano Centrale

The hotel was poorly laid out with the central, feature staircase taking an inordinate amount of room that meant there were no useable communal areas in the hotel. The hotel bar was a non-entity with no-one manning or using it throughout my two-night stay. I was travelling on business and booked a single room, which was functional. While the mattress was relatively comfortable, the pillow wasn't and (coupled with my room's proximity to the elevator) led to two very poor nights of sleep during my stay. It also had no headboard, so it was impossible to sit up comfortably. The bathroom was poorly lit and the shower was so small, I couldn't turn around in it - at 6ft, I'm hardly a giant. There was only one usable outlet/plug socket in the room (that I could find), which was far from ideal when attempting to charge electrical equipment and/or work from a laptop. Also, as anticipated with an Ibis Styles, there were no facilities in the room for tea/coffee making, no iron, no mini-bar, etc., although there was a small fridge and complimentary bottle of water. All elements considered, including the cost per night, room size, and the room and hotel amenities, I would not stay here again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
