Location was centralised and close to metro with supermarket under the hotel and a mall opp. Hotel room is very basic with no safe or much amenities. Pillow case came with stain and though feedback, nothing was done. During housekeeping, clothing are dump on stool and used cup was not washed. Overall service could be better.

We have stayed for 12 days and everyone working there has been very professional, kind, and friendly. The rooms are big with enough space when you are staying a little, the only slight issue we had: the bad smell from the shower drain and the washbasin drain when it rains, but that's not something anyone can really control. The breakfasts are great, the hotel is really quiet and the decoration style very original, not anything like the other hotels we are used to ! Besides, it is located right next to an underground station that will lead you very easily to the city centre and all the places you should wish to visit. Plus, on the other side of the street there's a shopping centre, very convenient, and a very nice Vietnamese restaurant.

Hotel staff are very helpful. Room is clean, breakfast is good, and the location is right at the center of shopping center, parking, and train. I will stay again and recommend this place to friends and colleagues.

The hotel location is perfect: near bus and metro stations, big supermarkets, shopping centres and cafes. Stuff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are not big, but exceptionally clean and originally designed. Breakfast is tasty. A small nuance is the entrance. It is not conspicuous. If you go along the street on the hotel side, you may go past the entrance.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
