The staff is amazing. 5 star for their service. Very helpful, delightful and welcoming. My father in law misplaced his phone at the reception and we went out for a trip. On coming back, one of the staff was holding his phone at the door. The rooms are ok. The location is also ok. The tourist spots are not close and sometimes you may have to switch between transport to get to the places of interest.

Hotel is super well located, very close to Alésia metro station. It is true that rooms are quite small but they are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is very good as well, with many different options. I would definitely stay here again

Fantastic 5 night stay. Located down south from Seine. Very different location to the ones in City centre and in the districts North of Seine. Not an upmarket area but nevertheless full of charming streets, lovely people, great cafes, bars and food at affordable prices. Gem. The hotel is located 5 mins walk from Alesia metro station which is 15 mins ride from Notre Dame and 25 mins ride from Gare du Nord. Very polite and accommodating staff members. Small but extremely cosy rooms (12 sq meters as written in the hotel description on the website). Comfortable bed. Open wardrobe. Big telly. Little side table. Two bed tables, small lamps and clean and bright bathroom. Really don't need anything else. Restaurant in the basement. Basic but very satisfying breakfast. Choice of ham and cheese. Fresh Baguettes, bread and pastries. Freshly boiled eggs. Pancakes. Nutella and jams. Croissants. Freshly squeezed orange juice. Great choice of leaf teas. Comforting little lobby with cute and Comfortable sofas and armchairs to chill. Free water. Highly recommended. 15 mins walk from Montparnasse.

Perfect book rooms 38,39 for a mega room. Unlimited hot chocolate and breakfast. Kind staff. A short walk to metro and (my personal favourite) the catacombs of Paris.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
