Very cute hall way corridor design that gives full holiday resort vibes. Room provides room slippers too 👍 Recommended location if opt for Island Tour due to two reasons: get to wake up late and get to be back early because the Port is nearby. Also, there are a few night markets in the town to stroll around. I have stayed in a few Ibis chains and never once they disappoint me. Two thumbs up to Ibis! 👍👍

The stay was average, a small room to return to at the end of the day to wash up and rest. It was unfortunate that there wasn't a headboard at the end of the bed, but it was still alright. The only mishap that occurred was that the drainage system of the bathroom became clogged, and while showering, the water overfilled and spilled out the bathroom and flooded the foyer. We had to call for maintenance and cleanup to mop up the water and they were fortunately available even though it was close to 1 AM. The breakfast buffet tasted consistently good throughout the stay but would have benefited more variety. Location was a bit further away from the attractions in Old Town Phuket, requiring at least a short Grab ride or around a 20-minute walk.

Wouldn't book again but it was an ok stay. Pros: - The walk way towards the hotel entrance, the dining area looks good. The room look quite decent. - Near Kim's massage Cons: - Plentiful of dead and alive flying bugs roaming in the room. I spotted 2 kinds, drain flies and another that looks like ant with wings. - Drainage smell throughout the room (the toilet is not fully sealed, glass door is not full height) - Few selections for breakfast, no Thai food selections. Just turning up to have fruits. - 10 to 15min walk from the popular zone in phuket old town with the Sunday Walking Market, cafes and restaurants

The location of this hotel is very good, walking distance to Phuket old town. The room was comfy and clean. The thing is I stayed in standard room and ventilation system was not really good. Those caused the smell all iver the room after I pooped... Breakfast was ok. You can use spa, fitness, pool and bar at Novotel that located next to iBis. Parking spots is very limited but enough.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
